During the summer months we make most of our dives by speedboat leaving directly from our own sandy beach. Malta's best dive sites are readily accessible. The islands of Comino, Cominetto and Gozo are just a 10 minute ride away and we return after each dive to the beach, making us the perfect choice for those divers with non diving partners and children. Sunloungers are available free of charge to hotel guests and for a nominal fee to non-residents. Other resort facilities include, showers, equipment washing and storage, beachside bar offering hot and cold snacks, as well as the hotel restaurant, and a wide range of watersports and boat trips.
During winter we concentrate on diving Malta's wrecks and caverns from shore. We are blessed with a wide range of dive sites in Malta, catering for every level of diving experience. We can also offer a day diving in Gozo, depending on demand.
We are a sociable lot and when the diving is done, there are logs to be filled, tales to be told and cold beers to be drunk. We have lots of single divers, as well as couples and families, so you will be sure to meet new buddies. We also offer free WiFi so you can keep in touch with everyone back home.
The hotel organizes a barbeque on the beach terrace every Friday, during the peak summer season and is happy to allocate a large table for all those divers who wish to join in and watch the sunset over the beach.
As a P.A.D.I. Gold Palm Resort, we offer a range of diving courses.

For beginners, we offer a 2 hour diving lesson providing a thorough briefing on what you will experience under water and the operation of your equipment. Take as long as you need to practice breathing, using Scuba in shallow water. When you’re ready, the session ends with a 30 minute dive in the sea. If you can master some basic skills you will be given a certificate. If you wish to continue, choose from a variety of programs. Malta's clear, warm waters make diving so much easier than learning to dive in a cold country. For more information on PADI courses for beginners go to our learning to dive page

The best of Malta’s diving…..is on our doorstep.
At Cirkewwa, encounter spectacular sites catering for the novice, as well as those only suitable for the experienced diver. You’ll marvel at the colours of the flora and fauna, seen through crystal clear water.
Beyond the shallows, explore the impressive drop off, caves and statue of the Madonna or the complete, ocean tug boat ROZI, sunk at 35m and perfectly safe to explore inside and out. Near the Rozi, you can find the P29 minesweeper patrol boat. For more information take a look at our page dedicated to diving Malta's wrecks.
Comino is equally popular for its huge well lit caverns, fish feeding dives and spectacular lagoons.
Whereas our dive trips to Gozo offer more wrecks and outstanding topography, seen in rock formations such as Fessej rock.

Scuba diving in Malta is easy. The lack of tides and currents combined with exceptional underwater visibility and warm water make for ideal conditions. Whatever your level of experience you will find top quality dive sites in Malta.
