Our head instructor is Mark Dove Padi MSDT, who graduated in IT but decided to swap an office environment for an outdoor life. He travelled to Thailand and qualified as an Instructor to pursue his love of diving full time. After working in Grenada and St Vincent, he arrived in Malta in 2008. As well as being an instructor, Mark is also qualified as a commercial boatman so you can expect to encounter him in either role. He has won an award from MTA for best instructor and been a finalist in the boatman cateogory twice.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we are proud of our staff team. Instructors, whilst working at Paradise Diving have won the award for best instructor in Malta almost every year since the award began. The scheme is operated by the Malta Tourism Association and is known as the STAR award scheme. - Special Thanks And Recognition. We won for the years 2006, 2007, 2009, 2010, 2011,2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015. We had double success for the year ending 2015, in that Paulina Kurowska won best instructor and Mark Dove having won himself as an instructor year ending 2011, won runner up in the Boatman category. Many thanks to all our clients for taking the trouble to vote for the instructors since the award scheme began.

Miguel Angel Perez Blanco
Miguel Perez, MSDT, is from Spain, and has dived in Malta since 2012. Well experienced in diving the Maltese islands, he particularly enjoys the wrecks. The fantastic visibility means they can be viewed complete underwater. Miguel has an excellent sense of humour and enjoys assisting divers both in and out of the water.
Paulina Kurowska is from Poland. She started to dive in 2007, purely as a hobby. She enjoyed it so much she decided to turn it into her job and in 2013 after intense training in cold water of Polish lakes she became a Divemaster. She then moved to the warm Andaman sea waters of Phuket, Thailand to complete her Instructor's course. After 8 months of working as diving instructor in Thailand, she decided to come back to Europe. In the meantime Paulina had spent her holidays diving at Paradise Diving. We are delighted to welcome her back as our instructor and she is looking forward to introduce you to the beauty of the Maltese reefs and wrecks. Paulina is fluent in English, Polish and Russian. Paulina won the Malta Tourism STAR award for best instructor for the season 2015.
