Director, Noel Micallef PADI Staff Instructor, first started diving over 20 years ago. Training first as a BSAC instructor, then switching to PADI, he has been a PADI instructor for over 15 years. He established Paradise Diving Malta in 1991 and continues to teach diving at the school full time.

Alison Micallef Brennan, British expat, living in Malta since 1995, runs the dive centre with her husband Noel. She will answer your enquiries, handle all bookings and cuddle your babies. Baby Jonathan came from South Africa and was upset to find he was too young to dive.

Martin Hall, PADI IDC Staff Instructor, employed by us since 1999. Martin is British and has lived and worked full time as a PADI Instructor in Malta since 1995. He has received a certificate of excellence from PADI for outstanding teaching practice and is very highly thought of by both experienced divers and novices alike, as a quick trawl through online diving forums will reveal.
Martin was voted best sports instructor in Malta, in a competition organized by the Malta Tourism Authority throughout 2006. Tourists were encouraged to nominate an instructor deserving special commendation and Martin received the most nominations. At an awards ceremony in March 2007, he was awarded an 18ct gold lapel pin, certificate and cheque for LM500. (Ł790 sterling.)

Will Weeseman

Dutch PADI Instructor Will Weeseman. Will is very experienced in diving the Maltese waters and enjoys teaching PADI courses. Will is fluent in English, German and Dutch of course. Will was awarded runner up by the Maltese Tourism Authority in their competition to find the best instructor in Malta for 2007.
