Our Privacy Policy and Mail Delivery problems - Please note, if you do not insert your email address, we have no way of replying to your enquiry. We ask for two email addresses because we frequently find problems with certain mail servers. We all hate spam but unfortunately all spam filters reject some legitimate emails. This results in some of our replies to your enquiries not being delivered at all or going into spam folders. We will only email you in relation to your enquiry. We will not contact you with newsletters or future offers etc. nor will we pass on your email address to anyone else. We aim to answer all enquiries within 24 to 48 hours at the latest. If you don't receive a reply within this time, we probably couldn't deliver mail to your email address, or you will find our reply is in your spam mail box or bulk mail folder.
